Processing time

Orders ship within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Drops can take a little longer, and we'll email you if your order is delayed.

United States

Standard shipping is a flat $4.99. Most orders arrive 2–5 business days after shipping.

International

We ship to Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the UAE and the UK. Rates are calculated at checkout. USPS usually takes 1–3 weeks, and DHL Express usually takes 2–5 business days.

Customs and duties

Your country may charge import duties or taxes when the package arrives. These aren't included in our prices, and you're responsible for paying them.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Address changes

Double-check your address at checkout. To change it, email us before your order ships. We can't redirect packages once they're on the way.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your post office first. Then email us within 7 days and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
